The Angel Juicer is an eye-catcher in your kitchen. This horizontal twin gear juicer is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel, which not only ensures the quality of the parts but also provides a luxurious look. The patented 3 stage twin gear juicing system ensures endless possibilities. The twin gears rotate at a low speed of 82 rotations per minute driven by a 3 HP motor. They slowly extract all juice from vegetables and fruit and ensure higher yield. The leftover pulp is very dry.
The twin gear slow juicer can easily juice tough products like carrots, ginger and sweet potato and create rich green juices from fibrous and leafy vegetables, such as celery, kale, wheatgrass and spinach. It is also possible to make your own almond milk or other raw milk from nuts and grains. With the optional mashing housing you can also make your own nut butters, sorbets or dips.
More informationMy wife and I are fan of the Angel Juicer. Every morning I juice some vegetables combined with apple, orange, lemon or a piece of ginger. After only two weeks I’ve been feeling more fit and sharp minded. It only takes 5 minutes to make two full glasses of juice. It was worth the investment!

"The juice that resulted was fine and smooth, and the pulp expelled from the end is so dry, it’s like a desiccated powder"
"Sporting a 3-horsepower motor, this juicer earns its title as one of the most powerful juicers on the market. With slow, masticating twin gears, the model is ideal for thick produce and low oxidation levels."
"Dubbed the Rolls-Royce of juicers, it’s one of a new generation of twin gear, horizontal machines that masticate the fruit and veg slowly, producing delicious juice that is apparently far higher in nutrients."
Three kinds of Angel twin-gear slow juicers are present on the market: the 5500, the 7500 and the 8500. Because all three models look so alike, it can be quite confusing to figure out their differences. Allow us to explain. The Angel 5500 is the model that inspired all other Angel juicers. The models all have the same look, the same engine and the same worm wheels. This is to ensure that the juice yields are the same for each model. The 5500 is made from SU304 stainless steel; suitable for foods.
The 7500 Angel has one extra option compared to the 5500: an automatic reverse system. Both angel juicers are equipped with this system which, using a sensor, will automatically stop the juicer and protect it from any damage – should it be faced with more than it can digest. With the 5500, however, the button requires a manual touch to ensure that the worm wheels start spinning in reverse and help the juicer get through the blockage. As we’ve pointed out before: the Angel 7500 will do this automatically.
Last but certainly not least: the Angel 8500. Technically, this slow juicer is identical to the 7500. The difference can be found in the type of sustainable steel that was used to create it. The Angel 7500 has been crafted from SU304 sustainable steel, inox 18/8 (an alloy of 18% chrome and 8% nickel). The 8500, however, including its worm wheels, housing and sieves – is made from SU316 (inox 18/12) sustainable steel. This type of steel is also known as surgical steel and has an alloy of 18% chrome and 8% nickel, making it even tougher and better equipped to fight off strong chemicals like sea salts and chlorides. Additionally, it is slightly easier to make this Angel look brand new. Though, to be fair, this can be said of all models as long as they are thoroughly cleaned after the juicing.
It is of particular importance to keep the Angel Juicer clean. Not only is this important in regards to your health, it also preserves the machine’s quality and ensures optimal performance. We would advise you to clean the machine immediately after using it. Cleaning the Angel Juicer is a simple task. First: make sure to detach the machine’s parts. It is important to clean the Angel’s sieves with particular care. You can do this by using the scraper and brush, which are both included with the machine.
Next: you’ll have to clean the press screws using the brush and a bit of lukewarm water. The press part is being kept in place by clamps. This junction could get dirty too, though it can easily be cleaned with the help of a damp cloth. You can clean the Angel slow juicer yourself by wiping it with a damp, soft sponge and then drying it with a soft cloth. By doing this, you are ensuring that the machine will keep looking its best.
If you use the Angel juicer for a longer period of time and don’t immediately clean the press screws; a layer of calcium or minerals might originate. A trick to get this spotless and fresh again is to have some soaked almonds run through the machine. You can also put the affected parts in a bath of pure vinegar overnight. This will loosen up the dirt so you can clean it up with a quick swipe of the brush. To make sure you can make the most of your Angel slow juicer, it remains of high importance to thoroughly clean the machine directly after use.
